Security & trust

Built so you can stand behind every message

Skylarq works in your name, so it's built around one rule: you see everything before anyone else does. Here's what we make sure of.

What we make sure of

You see everything first

Every opener, reply, and follow-up is a draft until you approve it. The review gate is structural: no plan, setting, or API skips it.

It sounds like you

Drafts are grounded in the buyer's own words and written in your voice: one considered message, never a sequence, never spray.

Sources you'd stand behind

We prioritize the sources that matter and hold up: published programs, professional profiles, company announcements, filings, and licensed data partners. Every claim in a brief traces to its source.

Facts stay labeled

Confirmed means on the program. Predicted means a pattern. Inferred means our read. You always know which one you're acting on.

People stay in control

Anyone Skylarq tracks can ask what we hold and have it corrected or deleted: answered by a person, within 30 days, worldwide.

Your data stays yours

CRM data is read on the access you grant, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to enrich another customer's market.

The review gate

Skylarq drafts; only you send. Tone, timing, and the decision itself stay human.

01
Skylarq drafts

Grounded in the buyer's own signals, matched to your voice.

02
You review

Rewrite, approve, or discard. Drafts wait indefinitely: they can't time out into sending.

03
You send

From your address, in your name, on your account. Skylarq never speaks as you.

The practices behind it

Retention with an expiry

Signals age out after 18 months unless refreshed by new activity. We keep a market map, not an archive of people's pasts.

Access, controlled and logged

Role-based production access, reviewed regularly. Encryption in transit and at rest, everywhere.

Compliance posture

SOC 2 Type II on our roadmap. GDPR-aligned processing, DPA on request, sub-processors listed in our privacy policy.

Straight answers

Security review calls welcome. The legal versions live in Terms and Privacy: if this page and those ever disagree, tell us and we'll fix whichever is wrong.
